Painted Flower Pots

I got these big pots from my mother-in-law last year, but they were pretty weathered and I decided to paint them in a traditional grey color, the smaller one is a plastic terra cotta painted light blue.  The big ones look like concrete but are extremely lightweight.  I am excited to see what they will look like in the winter, am thinking white lights, evergreens, etc...!

Recovered Bar Stools

I came across these bar stools at a garage sale and recovered them.  I love how they brightened up the kitchen! 

Update and Happy 4th of July!

I am seeing some progress at last!  I am loving the new color of this desk, I decided to keep the handles and paint them instead of buying newer looking ones.  I am glad I did! Stay tuned...

A Work In Progress.

It's been a little while since I've posted but I really needed to turn this little corner into an actual computer center.  I will post the after when it is done!

I lied!

The color of my birdbath wasn't "jiving" with my landscape so I aged it with crumpled up newspaper and gray paint, I am much happier!

Guess what I did with an urn, 3 solar lights and a 25 cent plastic tray from a garage sale?!

I made a solar lighted birdbath! 

My daughter scored this 5 foot tall memo board at a garage sale but wasn't too fond of the colors, so

with some fabric she chose, my friend the staple gun, (and a few choice words) 

she ended up with one she loves in her room! *fist pump*

I am LOVING these colors!

Paint dipped-table

This table idea I ran across various times on Pinterest and such and decided to try my hand at it, and I must admit it turned out cuter than I thought it would, I am really happy with how the clean lines do not distract from the paint dipped legs. I may be willing to sell local, as it would be tough to ship.
